  2. With thumb and forefinger peel back the outer bark.

They work really well my teeth feel so clean!
I think its good to cut a small one to get to the back teeth, the natural ones smell of watercress, they really feel amazing at how clean they make my teeth feel, hopefully they whiten aswell as i used to be a smoker.
